What's the best thing a fan has ever done for you? 

Alura: Treat me like a person. Fans, sometimes during their enthusiasm, treat me like I’m a poster or a video. I’m human. Please, recognize that while speaking to me. I’m just like everyone else, but, with a really cool job. Be nice to me.

JJ: I think too many people forget you are a person which is why the blog exists to show people you are real people with awesome jobs hehe. 

What's one bit of advice you'd give to someone coming into the industry? 

Alura: Get strong agency representation, I recommend OC MODELING. Stay away from DRUGS. Too many women fall victim to industry predators and feel the need to do drugs to manage their weight.

JJ: That's amazing advice. If people follow that they'll be on their way to a good career. 

What do you think you'll do once you leave the industry? 

Alura: Whatever God has planned for me, He will reveal it to me when I’m meant to know. I trust I am doing what I’m meant to be doing, when I’m meant to do it.

JJ: Finally, what's the weirdest rumour you've heard about yourself? 

Alura: Oh goodness. The weirdest rumor I’ve ever heard about myself is that I was born a male. My height and my muscularity sometimes throw people for a loop. I’m very different from 98% of my female colleagues. Sometimes, people come to their own conclusions why I’m so different. I assure you, my stretch marks and episiotomy scar will declare me a genetic female.

JJ: I can confirm you're all woman. You're as authentic as they come hehe.
